IMP.A.C. STRETCH A 30 achieves maximum protection and stabilization of the headstock by extending the cap to under the headstock. It is suitable for use on high production lines (max. 30 pallets / hour). It allows hooding even in cases of pallets with very unstable products that cannot be treated with spiral wrapping. The film is used according to the cold extension technique. The machine automatically adapts to the height of each pallet, creating caps of optimized length. The main phases of the operating cycle are: 1. inlet and dimensional detection of the pallet 2. unwinding of the film 3. opening of the tubular film and gripping in four points 4. cutting and sealing of the film with formation of the cap with an optimized length for the pallet current 5. mechanical curling of the film by means of motorized wheels in the four corners 6. drafting of the cap with shape control by descending the mobile frame 7. release of the cap under the pallet 8. evacuation of the pallet.
