The ROBOTEX IMP.A.C. 226 A is widely used due to its small overall dimensions and uses flexibility, it can work simultaneously on several pallets (1,2,3,4) for a total production of 500 cartons / h. The package gripping system with universal gripper assumes great importance, which allows the handling of packages with different shapes and weighing up to 50 kg. The packages, coming from upstream lines, are sent to a positioning station to be picked up by the gripper. The ready carton / bundle is picked up, oriented and positioned on the corresponding pallet according to the set program. The cycle will repeat itself until the completion of the vanes which will be evacuated and replaced to start a new cycle. The movement system is based on Cartesian axes and the positioning is controlled by an encoder. All the synchronisms of the movements are coordinated by a programmable modular system (PLC). The machine can be programmed to palletize packages of different sizes, formations and number of layers each on the preset pallet.
