The ROBOTEX 226 ASA is an innovative machine designed and designed to solve problems common to many users, namely:

1. possibility to palletize many types of packages with different shapes and weights from 1 to 50 kg;

2. possibility to palletize and wrap the pallet at the same time giving stability to the load and therefore the possibility to palletize cartons, bundles and unstable packages;

3. possibility to install this palletizer in limited spaces because the overall dimensions are very small (4000×2400 mm)

4. Possibility of use in series or “niche” production lines with a production capacity up to 400 cartons/h.

The gripping system with universal grippers is very important, allowing the handling of many types of packages with different shapes and weighing up to 50 kg. The neck coming from an upstream line is sent to a positioning station for be taken from the gripper. The ready cardboard is taken, oriented and positioned on the pallet according to the set program. The cycle will be repeated until the pallet is completed, which will be evacuated and replaced to start a new cycle. The movement system is of Cartesian axes and the positioning control is done by an encoder. All the synchronisms of the movements are coordinated by a programmable modular system (PLC). The machine can be programmed to palletize packages of different sizes, formations and number of layers each on the pre-set pallet.
