The IMP.A.C. ROBOTEX 227 A has a maximum production of 650 bundles/h. The bundle coming from an upstream line is pressed to be uniform and compact, then sent to a station to be picked up and transferred onto the pallet. IMP.A.C. ROBOTEX 227 A consists of a mechanical hand which can be moved both in a rotary and translational direction and can be adapted to any type of bundle. The whole is mounted on an arm with vertical and rotational movements with respect to the central axis of the machine. We have created a condition of total mobility in all directions. A programmable modular system (PLC) coordinates all the movements of the machine which can be programmed to palletise bundles of different sizes, formations and number of layers.
