CONTACT USThe IMP.A.C. ROBOTEX 11-21 AV is a fast robotic palletizer, which can reach productions of 1000 cartons / packs / h with the characteristics of: 1) handling of the bag with gripper and positioning of the bag also superimposed in layer pre-forming 2) palletizing in layers for pallet formation with compaction on all four sides of the layer. Due to its characteristics, this type of robotic palletizer is used in all cases where other types of traditional or robotic palletizers cannot be used. The cardboard bundle coming from an upstream line is pressed to make it uniform and compact, then sent to a station, to be picked up and transferred onto the pallet. The IMP.A.C. ROBOTEX 11-21 AV consists of a mobile mechanical hand that can be used for any type of cardboard-bundle. The rotational, transverse or longitudinal movements create a condition of total mobility in all directions of the horizontal plane. The hand transfers the cartons-bundles onto the platform, until the layer is completed, which is compacted and transferred to the mobile pallet brought into the loading position by the lifter, which positions it by means of a photoelectric barrier. The cycle will repeat itself until the pallet is completed, which will be evacuated and replaced to start a new cycle. A programmable modular system (PLC) coordinates all the movements of the machine which can be programmed to palletize bags of different sizes, formations and number of layers.
