The automatic keg system is ideal for filling chemical and similar products, in 220-liters or 60-liters drums on pallets, or in 1000-liters tanks (IBC). The machine is equipped with an adjustable nozzle-holder arm with two axes of movement which allows, together with the movement of the motorized roller conveyor, the total capacity of movement on 3 axes.
Previously palletized drums, small drums or IBC must reach the keg with the mouth without the cap.
The motorized roller conveyor is equipped with load cells and checks the weight during each filling.
The machine is coordinated by a PLC, so it can work with different types of containers without operator intervention.
On request, the machine can be equipped with a fume or vapor extraction system.
