The semi-automatic drums emptying system is ideal for chemical products or food contents in:
– Drums with 2″ cap on pallet
– Total opening drums on pallet (also with inner bag)
– IBC jerrycans
The system is equipped with a height-adjustable nozzle holder arm. By means of the three axes of movement of the machine, the operator manually places the nozzle for picking up the product.
The machine can be completed with the following accessories:
– Weighing platform with control display
– PLC for the management of emptying data and data exchange
– Motorized roller conveyors for pallet handling
– Extraction hood for fumes or vapors
– Drip-free device for nozzle
– Structure entirely in stainless steel
– Components and compliance for ATEX standards
