The IMP.A.C. ROBOTEX 527 A has a maximum production of 650 drums/h. The drum coming from an upstream line is then picked up and transferred onto the pallet. IMP.A.C. ROBOTEX 527 A consists of a mechanical hand which can move both in a rotary and translational direction and can be adapted to any type of drum. The whole is mounted on an arm with vertical and rotational movements with respect to the central axis of the machine. We have created a condition of total mobility in all directions. A programmable modular system (PLC) coordinates all the movements of the machine which can be programmed to palletise drums of different sizes, formations and number of layers.
