The IMP.A.C. ROBOTEX 127 APT has a max production of 300 bags/h. The bag gripping system with total wrapping gripper assumes great importance, which allows the handling of any type of bag (paper, jute, plastic, valve, sewn or electro-welded), in particular for difficult bags, for example half-empty bags. o bags containing products at the limit of viscosity (water), complete with the device for pressing the bag on the pallet. The bag coming from an upstream line is pressed to be made uniform and compact, then sent to a station, to be picked up and transferred onto the pallet. The ROBOTEX IMP.A.C. 127 APT consists of a mechanical hand which is movable both in a rotary and translational direction and adaptable to any type of bag. The whole is mounted on an arm with vertical and rotational movements with respect to the central axis of the machine. We have created a condition of total mobility in all directions. A programmable modular system (PLC) coordinates all the movements of the machine which can be programmed to palletize bags of different sizes, formations and number of layers.
